Visualise ocurrence time of events that can happen multiple times a day
I'm trying to plot power outages times over the year. An outage can happen multiple times a day and I want to see if the ocurrence time moves over the year (or later compare it to other variables like temperature trough the year) The different colunms are different locations.
With the table in the image I get duplicate values in the x axis
