I look like I do not have eyelashes

It got pointed out to me today that I didn't have any lower lashes, and upon closer inspection I realised they literally point upwards. I'm also aware that my lashes are incredibly short and look non existent due to the fact my mono lid pushes them down. The first two pictures were taken lying down under bright lighting - my eyes normally look like the last photo. I want to grow more eyelashes that look thicker and longer.

Are there any products I can buy to fix this? Do lash serums promote the growth of new hair follicles?
