ENTREKIN’S EUREKA BURNISHER

Hi there , I was wondering if any one has any information on an antique ENTREKIN’S EUREKA BURNISHER . We picked it up from our local scrap metal yard .. it’s patented in 1873. Google searches suggest it’s rare . I can post photos if required … it’s a 14 inch model and in full working order … what would something like this be worth ? And what exactly does a burnisher do ?
