Anyone Use This Brooder

I would use a heating plate rather than a lamp, I think, but curious if anyone has used this other mesh flooring brooders and what you have thought of them?

I understand you want to put cardboard or a rubber mat over the mesh for the first few days. after that, how do your chicken liel to?

I tend to spoil my birds - so I am a bit skeptical. the idea of easier cleanup is quite appealing and there is a local breeder who raises beautiful birds who swears by their mesh flooring in their brooder.
