good medium coverage concealers for oily skin?

i’m fairly new to makeup so i need some good recommendations for concealer. the main reason why i’m looking for a concealer is to cover up my dark under eyes, though i also want to be able to use it as a foundation. my under eyes aren’t that dark and my acne is getting way better so i’d say a medium coverage concealer would be best. if possible, i want a product that has little to no issues regarding oxidation, separation, creasing, or anything like that. additionally, i’d like a concealer that is affordable and suitable for oily skin.
