Which cities would be the best choice for traveling in November if my main priority is sunny weather rather than high temperatures? I’m looking for a destination where I can enjoy plenty of sunshine, clear skies, and bright days, even if the temperatures are moderate or slightly cool. I would prefer to avoid destinations with frequent rain, heavy clouds, or short daylight hours. Could you recommend a few countries that typically offer the sunniest conditions in November and describe what kind of weather I can expect there?

I was thinking about Cape Town, Seoul or Mexico City.
