Help Me Please! Best Places to Travel to With Medical Limitations

Okay, I have a weird request for the travelers out there.

I can be flexible with time of the year traveling for seasonal changes. I’m based in the US, but prefer traveling internationally. I’m more of an off the beaten path type of traveler.

I’m looking for places to travel within a specific temperature range, altitude, humidity, and UV Index.

I have several Autoimmune Disease symptoms that I’ve developed over the last few years (I’m 39). Aside from these symptoms and corresponding triggers, I’m in good shape for my age.

Temperature is the detail that I don’t have wiggle room with. Ideally Altitude, Humidity, and UV Index can be a mix of they work for what I need and not. I can have some wiggle room with these.

  1. Temperature: 40f - 70f, or 4c - 21c

Reason: My body cannot regulate its own temperature and I overheat really easily.

  1. Altitude: I live at 5,000 feet or 1,500 meter in altitude right now. I’m okay up until around 6,500 feet or 1,980 meters in altitude.

Reason: My body flips out with pressure changes and less oxygen.

  1. Humidity: Again, I cannot regulate temperature and have issues being able to sweat. I can deal with some humidity, just not super high.

Reason: High humidity usually makes the inability to sweat cause systemic symptoms.

  1. UV Index: My body can’t handle high UV concentrations. That being said, I live in Colorado with high UV and I’m able to get around it.

Reason: I break out in radiation like rashes which then triggers systemic symptoms from neurological to gastric issues.
