Where do you shop? Looking for alternatives to BH/Adorama/Amazon

As the title states - I’m looking for alternatives to BH, Adorama and Amazon. I’ve been boycotting BH ever since they were caught forcing their Mexican employees to use separate bathrooms (if you don’t know about this - you should look it up. As far as I know, nobody was fired nor was anyone held accountable in any way. Around that time it was also brought to light that their sales floor was exclusively men). I’ve also been boycotting Amazon for many years due to the horrendous way they treat their workers and their illegal anti-union tactics. I’ve been exclusively an Adorama shopper ever since, despite their use of preposterous amounts of styrofoam and film plastics for packaging. Today I got an Adorama order… from Amazon. They literally just ordered my part on Amazon and drop shipped it to me.

Is it annoying to have principles and not support businesses that exploit their workers or offload orders to other companies who exploit their workers? Yes. Is it possible to 100% avoid any problematic businesses as a small business owner in the United States? No. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism, as we all know. That being said I’m looking for good alternatives, even if they don’t have as much stock as the bigger companies. I buy mostly Flashpoint/Godox, Nikon, and lighting hardware. Would love to hear suggestions for smaller distributors that treat their employees well.
