Help me choose the final destination of my "euro-trip": Lisboa/Algarve vs French Riviera vs Albania

I'll be in this final destination from August 5th until the morning or mid-day of August 9th.

I don't even know what my expectations are, it'll be the final days of a month-long solo Eurotrip.

Regarding the "french riviera" alternative: my plan would be to spend a day in Nice and surroundings towns like Eze, then spend a day in Cannes, a day close to Saint Tropez, and the final day in Montpellier.

I could consider other alternatives like Slovenia or the Canary Islands, but I think they are more inconvenient for me.

Probably, I won't rent a car because -despite the fact I'm 30 years old- my license will be only 9 months old. Most rental companies expect you to have had your license over a year, in case of an accident they will check this out and, once they find this out, they will deny all insurance. Prior to this final destination, I will rent a car in Spain with the rental company "Sixt", which welcomes new drivers, at a cost obviously. Renting another car would be very expensive.

Anyways: where should I spend these final days? I'm very lost and even tired of planning lol. I had previously considered visiting Sardinia, but had to change plans because I could have issues renting a car there.
