Is there an eye makeup style that is both very dollish/round but also kinda smokey?

Title. I've been learning about eye makeup recently.

I really really like smokey eyes because of how immediately striking they are. I see someone wearing a smokey eye and they immediately catch my attention.

At the same time I also really like doe-eyed makeup (think Douyin but slightly more everyday). It looks so doll-like, round, and very gentle. I have round eyes so this is more HARMONIOUS with my eye shape but I think it's not as striking at first glance.

Is there a way I can achieve some mix of this via makeup? An eye makeup style that is both dollish and round but also very striking?
