EES system through Frankfurt—> 2 hour layover

hi—I’ve been auto booked on a 2.20 layover in Frankfurt from NCL to Nice, just after the “deadline” for EES systems. I haven’t been into the Schengen zone during the rollout and I’m now extremely nervous that I’ll not be able to make my second flight. Does anyone have approximate wait times, advice, or any other info? I’m much more stressed about this than I anticipated, as this seemed the safest and cheapest option at time of booking 🫠 thanks!
