What can I do that is similar to...

I've been lucky enough to do the Inca Trail hike at Machu Picchu in Peru and the Ha Giang Loop motorbike ride in Vietnam.

These were two of the top tourist activities I have done for the following reasons

- multi day activity

- nice scenery

- it felt like we were shut off from the world and in our own little bubble

- in a group so chance to meet people and have fun

Can anyone recommend another activity that might hit the mark? I am looking for something that is specific to a particular area like the above to rather than just something generic that can be done in multiple places.
