How to organize mileage better?

Hi guys,

I travel quite often with business class, but due to work. so, the principle from the company is that there is no bounding to specific airlines. I should ask my travel agents to get some options and just choose whatever is convenient based on the time travel and cost. I often just landed and directly need to drop the luggage in the hotel and straight go to the meeting / appointment.

I have Krisflyer membership and now have a silver badge. I just wonder whether I have a way to collect the mileage based on the group of airlines instead of sticking to one specific airlines? e.g. collecting the mileage under Star Alliance so I can enjoy the benefit across airlines instead of collecting it to Krisflyer? Because Krisflyer keeps only the validity of the mileage for 1 year. I don't like this sytem. By Qatar Airways, e.g., it will extend the validity of the cumulative mileage instead of individual mileage based on the month. For the one who is familiar with Qatar Airways and Krisflyer rules, I believe you understand what I meant.

Can you please advise me so I can organise my mileage properly? Sorry if the explanation is messy. Thank you!
