how to lighten bikini area?

how to lighten bikini area?
how to lighten bikini area?

this is mine. I'm fair-skinned but as u can see there's a "map-like" pigmentation. it's so hard to get rid of/lighten, even with the products I used before. with those products, my bikini area lightened a bit except the "map-like" pigmentation. and no, it's not a birthmark bc I didn't have it when i was a baby. I go commando when I'm at home. when outside, I wear bikini cut undies. I've tried glycolic acid (1 bottle), the luxe organix niacinamide + txa scrub, and even the anua txa serum (for face but i broke out w it so i used it instead on my bikini area. I'm fair, as I mentioned. I've used kojic, bleaching soaps, gluta-infused soaps, and currently Alada soap. my skin evened out, got rid of the scars, except my bikini area did not budge at all. I'm a pageant girly when I was a minor (there's no swimwear comp so I'm not afraid to join), but now I'm legal age, my handler wants me to join our provincial pageant. and i really wanna join as well but this is just my prob. I can't wear bikinis. and no I can't use body foundations because the pageant does not allow it. I'm so jealous of people my age who are able to wear bikinis on the beach :(( I can't even wear shorts cause the pigmentation peaks through. please help and give me tips huhu
