Vitamin C serum suggestions

I’m in search for good vitamin c serum… what’s your holy grail serum for even tone, overall glow n brightness!!

Also would you suggest caudalie vinoperfect instead of vitamin c??

And please suggest an eye cream too

Normal skin, dark under eyes ( not too dark, but would need correction under makeup )
