Gate 1 Tours - Specific Question about the Flights they Arrange

I just read a super long thread about G1 from 2 months ago - I added a few comments. Great stuff, but only one comment about flying their provided flights.

Who has taken a tour with Gate 1 and let them arrange your flights? I guess I'm specifically asking about international travel, as flights w/in the US are too easy.

Do they arrange workable flights? Are they often very early morning starts? Have you tried arranging business class tickets with them?

I've always schedule my own flights, but curious if G1 fans consider their air arrangements convenient and of good value. Do you see options, or do they book flights and then tell you what they are?
