Lens water damage
I have a canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II lens that got dipped partially in water a while back on a trip. It brought up an error when I attempted to use it as I didn't realize right away it got water on it. However after wiping it off and letting it dry for a bit it started working again and I was able to use it for a few days. After the trip I let it sit and I hadn't touched it for a while and now when I attempt to use it, it throws the same error (connection between camera and lens is faulty...) where it's not detecting the lens. Is this something that can be fixed? Every other lens works fine so it's not an issue with the camera.
