Cloud Nine Warranty Replacement

I originally bought the touch iron in March, within a month id had to send them off to be fixed as the wire was crackling. I have received my warranty replacement today but they have sent the Classic Original iron back instead. now I know nothing about theses and they are an old model so I cant even find anything about them on their website.

My question is are these actually a down grade or an up grade compared to what I originally purchased?

I did really love the touch ones they were so easy to use especially to curl with.
