Do under eye creams work to get rid of dark circles?
Specifically I just have discoloration under my eyes and they aren't sagging. I've had them for as long as I can remember so I think they're genetic. I don't know if that helps how to go about it but I heard about under eye creams. Not sure if those work. Just looking for any help.
